Shipping Costs

Delivery to your address costs 200 ALL in Tirana and 300 ALL outside Tirana.

Delivery is ensured within 2–3 days from the moment the order is confirmed.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Payment Methods

The client can make the payment by:

1. Cash upon delivery.

2. Visa or MasterCard.

The general terms for online purchases regulate the use of the website selfskn.com, owned by Albanian Beauty Society sh.p.k., with unique identification number (NIPT) M42311020G, headquartered at: Tirana, Dabar Center building.

1. Purpose of the Document

By placing orders and purchasing products electronically from our website, you unconditionally accept all the General Terms. These General Terms apply to all sales carried out through selfskn.com.

In case of amendments to the General Terms, the respective changes will be published on this website. Such changes will not have retroactive effect. For special products or offers with additional conditions, these will be published at the time of their offering on selfskn.com.

2. Online Purchase/Order Procedure

To purchase electronically, the client must be over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to act.

SelfSKN bears no responsibility for website malfunctions that may delay or prevent the execution of online orders due to events beyond its reasonable control or due to maintenance works.

SelfSKN bears no responsibility for computer viruses that the website may contain.

Through online purchases from selfskn.com, we guarantee full security for the protection of confidential data. The client undertakes to use the necessary devices and programs to protect themselves from external attacks (viruses, malicious websites, etc.) when purchasing electronically.

3. Purchase Limit

For security reasons, purchases with a value above 120,000 ALL or more than 30 items cannot be processed without an identification document (ID).

4. Products and Price

By visiting selfskn.com, the client will be informed of the respective details of each item. All product descriptions, features, and prices will be displayed with detailed specifications.

Clients also have the right to review the details included on the product packaging, such as usage instructions and ingredients.

Prices displayed on selfskn.com include VAT but do not include delivery costs, which remain the client’s responsibility.

In case of a typographical error regarding the price of one or more products, SelfSKN will notify the client. The client is free to decide whether to continue or cancel the transaction.

SelfSKN does not guarantee the availability of every product published online. Availability refers to stock presence. In case of unavailability, SelfSKN undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible using the contact details provided during the purchase.

Order Delivery

In case of delays or unavailability, the client will be informed. The client may choose whether to accept or cancel the order.

Deliveries are made only within the territory of the Republic of Albania.

If SelfSKN or the courier cannot deliver due to the client’s fault (e.g., not respecting delivery schedule, not providing access conditions), the client loses the right to reimbursement of delivery costs. Return costs will also be deducted from the product refund. If the client requests a new delivery, they must prepay delivery costs again.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the end of the purchase process. Available payment methods on selfskn.com are:

• Cash on delivery/pick-up by client.

• Debit/Credit Card.

If SelfSKN cannot fulfill a part or the entirety of the order, the value of undelivered products will be deducted/refunded within 14 calendar days. Bank data are secured through encryption.

SelfSKN bears no responsibility if the card used is stolen or reported lost, provided the respective bank authorizes the transaction.

If the ordered product is unavailable, SelfSKN will refund the purchase value within 14 calendar days.

6. Product Exchange

• Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Products can only be exchanged with the original purchase invoice and ID card.

• Damaged or used products cannot be exchanged.

• Products cannot be exchanged if the packaging is damaged.

• For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product is defective or wrongly delivered, SelfSKN covers the return shipping costs. The defect must be reported on the same day the order is received by emailing SelfSKN with photos and the purchase document (fiscal receipt or confirmation email).

7. Dedicated Service – Gift Delivery

The buyer may order products as gifts for a third party. In this case, payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card. The buyer may request special packaging or a personalized dedication.
